Boiler service and gas safety certificate

Lewis was punctual and professional. He was very polite and informative, explaining to me what he was doing. He also answered any questions I had. I would recommend him and be happy to call him again for future jobs.

Gas central heating overhaul and remedial action, replacement of gas cooker hob

Lewis was efficient friendly, gave the boule and central heating in my newly purchased flat a service and returned quickly to provide remedial action post service by replacing radiator which didn’t heat up. He then returned to balance the system and eventually tracked down the problem by a process of elimination, ensuring that I did not spend too much money, by addressing possible issues step by step. He also replaced my gas cooker hob while he was draining and flushing out the heating system. He is reliable efficient clears up after himself and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

New Boiler

Lewis attended for my boiler breakdown on Tuesday. Very old boiler wasn’t able to be fixed. Thankfully Lewis was able to fit a new boiler within the next 2 days. Really happy with the service.

lewis rang back promptly explained he could pop by that afternoon, turned up early but rang first, quickly found the problem and left to get the part if it was in stock, it was late afternoon and rang to say best to come back in the morning which he did and promptly fixed the problem, He gave advice on a part which can sometimes fail with dire consequences but could be replaced if required at a later date, he will forward a quote and leave the decision with us. left after checking all was ok and tidy. Very reasonable price considering how promptly he arrived.

Lewis carried out the job of boiler service at my house and I must say I’m quite impressed with the way the business was conducted. Lewis is a polite and friendly person who explained the work and completed it to my satisfaction. He also looked into another ad-hoc request and advised honestly. He kept the work area tidy and was courteous to respect the house rule of wearing shoe covers inside. I couldn’t recommend Lewis Giles more.

Washing machine leak

Lewis is a superstar! He agreed to fit me in at short notice and went off to buy the required spare part and came back to fit it, all on the same day. He was completely reliable, polite, tidy and professional. Completely recommend him.

Boiler Fix

Lewis came and fixed the boiler of my elderly parents new home as they couldn’t get any hot water. He was extremely knowledgeable had great communication and completed the job at short notice. I highly recommend Lewis, in fact I’ve immediately booked him to come and service our boiler!

New boiler and radiator flush as emergency job

Lewis to the rescue yet again! A booking for a radiator flush became an emergency when the old boiler packed up on an elderly family member. Lewis fitted in the job urgently and sorted it all. A thermal imaging photo proved a radiator was back to normal after being only lukewarm through the winter. The new boiler is even boxed in like nothing happened. Lewis has been helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and tidy as ever.
